Kristian Birkeland was born on December 13, 1867 in Oslo, Norway.

Kristian Birkeland conducted research on the internal structure of the sun and sunspots, and experiments on aurorae.

In the end, Kristian Birkeland discovered the secret of aurorae and the Earth's magnetic field.
