How to get there	From Stavanger, take a boat and bus, then walk to Freikestolen, which is about a 4-hour walk.
Introduction	Preikestolen is a square rock on the top of the mountain north of Lysefjord in the Forssan region. Many people visit the city of Stavanger to visit Preikestolen. Preikestolen is about 25 × 25 m in size and is 604 m above sea level. Take a boat from Stavanger to Tau, then take a bus from Tau to Preikestolenhüta, and then walk from Preikestolenhüta to Preikestolen for about 4 hours.
